The Youth & Gender Equality Program champions the empowerment of young women and men to build a more just and inclusive society. At Achievers Kenya, we are committed to advancing gender equity and preventing gender-based violence (GBV) through awareness, education, and community action.

Our initiatives include GBV awareness campaigns, mentorship and mental health support programs, and community dialogues that promote respect, equality, and safety for all.

By engaging youth as advocates for change, this program fosters safer, gender-responsive communities where everyone—regardless of gender—can thrive and contribute meaningfully to development.
