Who we are
Achievers Kenya is a national non-governmental organization focused on empowering poor and vulnerable individuals to reach their full potential and achieve success in various aspects of their lives so as to bring positive change to communities through various initiatives. Its outreach activities to the target groups are not-for-profit, pro-poor and non-partisan. This implies a commitment to fostering a culture of achievement, growth and progress within communities. The organization offers programs and initiatives aimed at education, skill development and mentorship, entrepreneurship and community development, good governance and leadership, welfare and poverty relief with a goal of enabling individuals to overcome obstacles and realize their aspirations. The organization currently undertakes its activities in five counties namely: Uasin Gishu, Trans- Nzoia, Nakuru, Laikipia and Isiolo with the possibility of expansion to other counties.

Our Approach
Community engagement is an integral part of our approach. We actively collaborate or rather, partner with local stakeholders to identify community challenges around our thematic problem and need areas and implement projects that address the identified problems and needs. From the cross cutting issues that includes gender, youth, to environmental sustainability programs, we strive to promote solutions that benefit the targeted vulnerable groups in a sustainable manner.
