Hildah Muhonja is a dynamic and committed team member at Achievers Kenya, where she serves as the Head of Volunteers & Events and Resource Mobilization Assistant. In this multifaceted role, she is instrumental in advancing the organization’s mission through strategic volunteer management, impactful event coordination, and resource mobilization efforts.
Hildah leads the recruitment, onboarding, and coordination of volunteers across diverse programs, creating an inclusive and empowering environment that fosters engagement and recognition. Her efforts have strengthened a vibrant volunteer network that remains central to Achievers Kenya’s outreach and community impact.
In her events role, Hildah supports the planning and execution of awareness campaigns, fundraising events, and stakeholder engagement forums—ensuring each initiative is well-executed, mission-driven, and community-centered.
She also plays a key role in the Resource Mobilization team, contributing to proposal development, grant writing, and partner engagement. Her strategic input supports the identification of funding opportunities and alignment with the organization’s growth priorities.
Hilda holds a Bachelor of Arts in Theatre Arts and Film Technology from Kenyatta University, which she blends with creativity, passion, and a people-centered approach. Her dedication to community empowerment and organizational excellence continues to leave a meaningful footprint at Achievers Kenya.
